You know that you\u2019ve got a sales problem, so you want a salesperson to fix it. <\/span>But that\u2019s a very expensive mistake that a lot of people make.<\/span><\/p>\n

Here\u2019s how that usually goes\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n

You hire a salesperson, but they only last 6 months (maybe less)…<\/span><\/p>\n

You hand the sales over to them and let them go do their thing. At first, you enjoy your freedom. You feel like you\u2019re accomplishing a lot of different things that you wanted to get done.<\/span><\/p>\n

Everything is great, until\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n

Months end comes around…\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

And you realise that you have no idea what your salesperson has been doing\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n

…you have no idea how they\u2019re representing your brand\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n

…and your bank account is getting skinny because you\u2019ve been paying $4,000-6,000 in wages every month with practically no new sales to show for it.<\/span><\/p>\n

Now you suddenly realize that your salesperson isn\u2019t going to make it in your company.<\/span><\/p>\n

So after you part ways, you lick your wounds & hire another salesperson.<\/span><\/p>\n

And the exact same thing happens.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Again.<\/span><\/p>\n

We see this happen with our clients all the time. Unfortunately, it\u2019s more normal than you\u2019d think.<\/span><\/p>\n

Over a year, that\u2019s somewhere between $48,000 and $72,000 in wages that don\u2019t bring a return on investment.<\/span><\/h2>\n

And the wages are actually the smallest loss to the business…<\/span><\/p>\n

…when you add on benefits, tools and training…<\/span><\/p>\n

But the biggest loss is all the opportunities that are coming to your business & not being taken advantage of.<\/span><\/p>\n
